Summary: The hotel is not cheap in price yet not valued for money. The breakfast barely have options, the hotel looked so old and the mall next to hotel has no patrons, shops were closed too.

Summary: The room was spacious and the decoration original. Service and cleanliness was quite excellent. The hotel restaurant was struggling with resupplying the breakfast buffet at busy times in the morning, which requires improvement. The adjacent mall used to contain dining options for the evening, which is no longer the case. Most of the dinner options close to the hotel require cash payment, and according advice by the hotel would be helpful.

Summary: Overated by previous posts. This hotel doesn’t deserve a good rating.Poor in cleanliness and we found cockroach in the room. Dusty and moldy toilet. Disappointed.

Summary: Good value stay with clean comfy room, near to Pudu & Bukit Bintang area. Due to Covid, many F&Bs are not in business in the mall next door.

Summary: Good clean hotel. Modern. The connected mall has no shops left. Location is good if you hail Grab to go anywhere. Breakfast buffet has good variety and overall acceptable quality.
